تداعيات جائحة كورونا على قطاع مالية الحكومة في الدول العربية

Résumé: مما لا شك فيه أن جائحة كورونا كانت لها تداعيات اقتصادية واجتماعية وصحية على جميع دول العالم، كما أنها كسابقة في عصرنا الحالي، أصابت الاقتصاد العالمي بالركود، والذي أثر بدوره على الإيرادات الضريبية في ظل انخفاض معدلات الاستهلاك والاستثمار وحركة التجارة الخارجية على صعيد السلع والخدمات. كما تراجعت الإيرادات البترولية جراء تراجع أسعار النفط العالمية بسبب انخفاض الطلب على النفط. في هذا اطار، تحاول هذه الدراسة عرض التداعيات الاقتصادية لجائحة فيروس كورونا من جهة، و مناقشة وتحليل تأثير هذه الجائحة على المالية العامة عالميا بصفة عامة وفي المنطقة العربية على وجه الخصوص. There is no doubt that the Corona pandemic has had economic, social and health repercussions on all countries of the world, and as a precedent in our time, it has stagnated the global economy, which in turn affected tax revenues in light of the decline in consumption, investment and foreign trade in goods and services. Oil revenues also declined due to the decline in global oil prices due to lower oil demand. In this context, this study attempts to present the economic repercussions of the Coronavirus pandemic on the one hand, and to discuss and analyze the impact of this pandemic on public finances globally in general and in the Arab region in particular.
