تداعيات انضمام فلسطين للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية على قضية الأسرى

Résumé: لقد أقر القانون الدولي الإنساني حماية خاصة للأسرى، وتم منحهم كافة الحقوق والواجبات بما فيهم الأسرى الفلسطينيين، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الاتفاقيات التي تضمنت الحماية الخاصة بأسرى الحرب، وبشأن الأسرى الفلسطينيين، يعتبر انضمام فلسطين إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية أمر ضروري، من أجل التوجه بقضية الأسرى أمامها، ومحاكمة مجرمي الحرب الإسرائيليين، عما ارتكبوه من مخالفات جسيمة ضد قواعد حماية الأسرى باعتبارها جرائم حرب. ولعل الغاية هي معرفة إمكانية تقديم فلسطين لشكاوى لدى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بشأن جرائم إسرائيل ضد الأسرى. International humanitarian Law has established special protection for prisoners, and they have been granted all rights and duties, including Palestinian prisoners, through a set of agreements that included protection for prisoners of war. On Palestinian prisoners, the accession of Palestine to the International Criminal Court is necessary in order to address a case Prisoners in front of it, and the prosecution of Israeli war criminals, for the serious violations they committed against the rules for protecting prisoners as war crimes. The aim is perhaps to know the possibility of Palestine filing complaints with the International Criminal Court with regard to Israeli crimes against prisoners
