التحوط كأداة لإدارة مخاطر التمويل الزراعي في البنوك الإسلامية

Résumé: الملخص: تهتم هذه الورقة بدراسة التحوط كأداة لإدارة مخاطر التمويل الزراعي في البنوك الإسلامية؛ حيث تتم الإشارة إلى أهم صيغ التمويل الإسلامية التي يتم استخدامها لتمويل القطاع الزراعي بشقيه النباتي والحيواني، سواء تلك الصيغ التي تختص بتمويل القطاع الزراعي أو غيرها من الصيغ التي يمكن أن تستخدمها البنوك الإسلامية في تمويل الأنشطة الزراعية. كما يتم تسليط الضوء على أهم المخاطر المرتبطة بالتمويل الزراعي. لتنتهي الدراسة بعرض أهم الآليات المقترحة للتحوط من مخاطر التمويل الزراعي في البنوك الإسلامية . وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج؛ أهمها هو أن تطبيق صيغ التمويل الزراعي في البنوك الإسلامية مع الأخذ بآليات التحوط المناسبة من شأنه تفعيل دور هذه البنوك في إنعاش القطاع الزراعي وتطويره وهو ما يؤدي إلى تحقيق مزايا اقتصادية عديدة. Abstract: This paper focuses on the study of hedging as an instrument to manage the risks of agricultural finance in Islamic banks. The study refers to the most important forms of Islamic finance, which are used to fund the agricultural sector, both vegetable and animal, either those that are specialized in financing the agricultural sector or other formulas that can be used by Islamic banks in the funding of agricultural activities. The main risks associated with agricultural financing are highlighted too. The study ends with the presentation of the most important mechanisms proposed to hedge the risks of agricultural finance in Islamic banks. The paper concludes with a set of results; the most important of these is that the application of the Islamic agricultural finance, with the introduction of appropriate hedging mechanisms, will activate the role of these banks in rehabilitating and developing the agricultural sector, which lead to realize many economic advantages.
