Résumé: "Algeria has many tourist attractions, making it a leading tourist destination in the Mediterranean basin. But tourism income is always less than expenditures, and therefore its contribution to the gross domestic product is very small. The aim of this study was to highlight the impact that tourism investment has on economic growth in Algeria, by studying a group of Algerian tourism indicators. Based on a descriptive approach and an analytical approach by highlighting the most important tourism qualifications and indicators for Algeria, it requires Algeria to work on developing the tourism sector because it has an effective role in the economic and social growth of the country, and this is evident through its contribution to improving the balance of payments, providing job opportunities, and generating revenues in hard currency."
