البعد السياسي للعولمة و أثره على الدولة الوطنية

Résumé: ملخص: تبحث هذه الدراسة في الجوانب المختلفة لظاهرة العولمة من حيث الأسباب والنتائج وخاصة الجانب السياسي منها. فعلاوة على الآثار الإيجابية لهذه العولمة كالتقريب بين الشعوب، فقد كانت هناك آثار سلبية لها كالتهديد المباشر لمفهوم الدولة الوطنية بمحاولة رهن قرارها السيادي، مما يستلزم إيجاد الآليات الجديدة والفعالة من طرف الدول النامية قصد التكيف لضمان بقاءها وتفادي استغلال خيراتها من طرف الدول المتقدمة. كلمات مفتاحية: العولمة، أسباب العولمة، نتائج العولمة، البعد السياسي، الدولة الوطنية. Abstract : This study tends to analyze the various aspects of globalization, in particular its effects on the political field. Globalization has positive effects as bringing peoples closer but negative ones too such as the threatening of Nation-State concept by endangering its sovereignty. Thus, developing countries have to find new efficient mechanisms to ensure their sustainability and avoiding the exploitation of their wealth by those developed ones.
