Etude In-vitro Du Potentiel Biocide Du Extrait Aqueuse Des Espèces Des Amaranthaceae (hammadascoparia,traganumnudatum Et Cornulacamonacantha)

Résumé: l'objectif de cette étude est d'évaluer l'effet biocide ou allélopathique de quelques espèces végétales spontanées du Sahara, il s'agit de Hammada scoparia,Traganum nudatum et Cornulaca monacantha appartenant à la famille des Amaranthaceae sur la germination et la croissance des plantules d'une adventice Cynanchum actum et une variété du blé dur. (Siméto). l'extraction des principes actifs de la partie aérienne des trois espèces étudiées est effectuée par Cynanchum actum en utilisant l'eau comme solvant. Différentes concentrations de ces extraits aqueux ont été préparées qui sont 2,5; 5 et 77,5% g/l. sont préparés à pour traiter les lots renfermant les graines du blé et la plante adventice. Les résultats ont montré que les extraits aqueux de ces trois espèces ont des effets inhibiteurs variés d’une espèce à une autre ; les extraits aqueux à 7,5% de H. scoparia et C. monacantha ont des effets inhibiteurs très élevés sur la germination des graines du blé ce qui nous empêche de les utiliser comme un bioherbicide. Cependant, l'extrait aqueux de T. nudatum présente un potentiel pouvoir inhibiteur de la germination des graines de la plante adventice en comparaison avec celles du blé dur. The aim of this study is to find natural products of plant originwhich may have an herbicidal action,we have chosen three spontaneous plants of the Amaranthaceae family which areHammada scoparia, Traganum nudatum and Cornulaca monacantha to check their allelopathic potential on the efficiency of seed germination and seedling growth of a weed Cynanchum actum and a variety of durum wheat (Simeto).Three aqueous extracts of different concentrations (2.5, 5 and 7.5%) are prepared from the aerial part of each species.The results showed that the aqueous extracts of these three species have varied inhibitory effects from one species to another;the high inhibition of extracts of H. scoparia and C.monacantha (7.5%) on the germination of the wheat variety seeds it does not allow to use as a bioherbicide.The inhibitory effect of T. nudatumextract is higher than the other extracts for the weed Cynanchum actum compared to the variety simetoseeds, for that it allows it to be used as a bioherbicide at high concentrations. الهدف من الدراسة هو البحث عن منتجات طبيعية من أصل نباتي يمكن أن يكون لها تأثير مبيد للأعشاب ،اخترنا ثلاثة أنواع نباتية التلقائية من عائلةAmaranthaceaeوهيHammada scopariaوTraganum nudatumوCornulaca monacantha لاختبار إمكاناتها الأليلوباثية على تثبيط إنتاش و تطور الشتلات بذور نبتة الحشائش من نوعCynanchum actumو من القمح الصلب ( صنف سيميتو). تم تحضير ثلاثة مستخلصات مائية بتركيزات مختلفة (2.5٪ ، 5٪ و 7.5٪) من الجزء الخضري من كل الأنواع. أظهرت النتائج أن المستخلصات المائية من نباتات المستعملة أثرت على جميع الأنواع المختبرة بطرق مختلفة, إن التثبيط العالي لمستخلصاتH. scopariaوC. monacanthaعند التركيز ٪ 7.5عبالنسبةلإنبات بذور صنف القمح الصلب بهذا لا يسمح باستخدامه كمبيد للأعشاب الحيوية بينما القوة المثبطة لمستخلصT. nudatumأعلى من المستخلصات الأخرى على نبات Cynanchum actumو عدمه لبذور سيميتو القمح الصلب ، لذلك يسمح باستخدامه كمبيد أعشاب حيوي بتركيزات عالية.
