Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف طرائق تمثيل الحضور المهيمن للشخصية الغائبة من خلال نظامي الدين والأسطورة في رواية: الطريق لنجيب محفوظ، واستكشاف مستويات التضافر بين الدين والأسطورة من جهة، والمكان والزمان من جهة أخرى، بوصفها أنظمة سيميوطيقية متجادلة، نتج عن تجادلها معالم هيمنة الشخصيات الغائبة على ذكريات ورؤى، وأحلام الشخصيات الحاضرة. This study aims to explore the ways of representing the dominant presence of the absent fiction character through the system of religion and myth in: The Way Al- ttarieq the novel by Najib Mahfouz, And the exploration of levels of synergy between religion and myth on the one hand, and space and time on the other hand, as interaction semiotic systems, which resulted from their argument about the features of the domination of absent personalities over the memories, visions, and dreams of the present personalities.
