دور التدقيق الخارجي في الحد من ممارسات إدارة الأرباح (دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المهنيين والأكاديميين المختصين في مجال المحاسبة والتدقيق)

Résumé: تتمحور اهداف هذه الدراسة في تحديد أثر التدقيق الخارجي كآلية للحد من إداره الأرباح، وقد تم توزيع وتحليل استبيان لعينة من المهنيين والاكاديميين والخبراء المتخصصين في مجال التدقيق والمحاسبة ، ومن ثم إختبار إنحدار خطي بسيط للعلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن التدقيق الخارجي له دور إيجابي في الحد من ممارسة إدارة الأرباح باعتباره آليه رقابية مستقلة من خلال إكتشاف الإحتيال والغش الذي يتم في إعداد القوائم المالية. كما خلصت الدراسة التدقيق الخارجي يلعب دورًا حاسمًا في تعزيز الشفافية والنزاهة المالية، ويقلل من إحتمالية التلاعب في التقارير المالية من قبل الإدارة عن طريق ما يسمى بممارسات المحاسبة الإبداعية . الكلمات المفتاحية : التدقيق الخارجي ، إدارة الأرباح ، القوائم المالية ، التقارير المالية ، المحاسبة الإبداعية. The objectives of this study are to determine the impact of external auditing as a mechanism to reduce the management of profits. A questionnaire has been distributed and analyzed to a sample of professionals, academics and experts specializing in auditing and accounting, thus testing a simple linear regression of the relationship between study variables. This study found that external auditing has a positive role in limiting the practice of managing profits as an independent oversight mechanism by detecting fraud and fraud in the preparation of financial statements. The study also concluded external auditing plays a crucial role in promoting transparency and financial integrity, and reduces the likelihood of financial reporting manipulation by management through so-called creative accounting practices.
