Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم خطاب الكراهية، ودور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في انتشار العنف والتمييز من وجهة نظر الدراسات الإجتماعية والقانونية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي دوراً في نشر خطاب الكراهية، والحص على العنف والتمييز، وأن انتشار هده الأفعال يثير الفتن بين مكونات المجتمع، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية متزايدة لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في انتشار العنف والتمييز والكراهية بسبب العرق أو اللون أو الدين أو الجنس...والعمل على تكثيف التوعية حول مفهوم الكراهية وأخطارها المدمرة ليقوم الناس بالحذر منها وتجنبها، وأنه على مستخدمي شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي الابتعاد عن نشر المعلومات والأخبار دون التأكد من صحتها، والابتعاد كذلك عن تشجيع الآراء والأفكار المتطرفة. Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify the concept of hate speech and the role of social media in the spread of hate speech from the perspective of view of social and legal studies. . In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analysis method was based, The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that social networking sites have a role in spreading hate speech, and that the spread of this type of speech raises strife among the components of society, in addition to the presence of a statistically growing effect of social media on the spread of hate based on race, belief, or gender The study recommended working to intensify awareness of the concept of hate and its destructive dangers so that people can beware of it and avoid it, and that users of social networks should stay away from publishing information and news without verifying its authenticity, as well as encouraging extremist opinions and ideas.
