أثر الهيكل المالي على الخيارات الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة موبيليس المديرية الجهوية ورقلة 2011-2014
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى تأثير الهيكل المالي (متغير مستقل )على الخيارات الاستراتيجية (متغير تابع) بالاعتماد على دراسة حالة في مؤسسة موبيليس ممثلة في المديرية الجهوية لموبيليس ورقلة ، حيث غطت هذه الدراسة الفترة الممتدة من 2011 الى 2014 ، و لمعالجة هذا الموضوع اعتمدنا على الميزانيات المالية لموبيليس لسنوات الدراسة، و أسلوب المقابلة مع إطارات المؤسسة وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الهيكل المالي المناسب يبنى وفق الخيارات الاستراتيجية المناسبة ، فنشاط المؤسسة التنافسي يحتم عليها تمويل هيكلها المالي سواء بالاستدانة أو الأموال المملوكة لضمان البقاء والاستمرارية ، يعتبر النمو خيار استراتيجي للمؤسسة حيث تمر عملية اختيار التركيبة التمويلية و الخيارات الاستراتيجية عبر جهات فاعلة في المؤسسة ، فالعلاقة متكاملة و متداخلة بين الهيكل المالي و الخيارات الاستراتيجية إذ يعتبر الهيكل المالي إحدى المتغيرات المؤثرة في الخيارات الاستراتيجية للمؤسسةThis study aimed to determine the effect of the financial structure (independent variable) on strategic options (dependent variable) depending on the state in the Mobilis institution represented by the Regional Directorate of the Mobilis Ouargla study, where this study covered the period from 2011 to 2014, and to address this issue we have adopted the financial budgets for Mobilis study for years, and corresponding method with the institution tires study concluded that the appropriate financial structure is built in accordance with the appropriate strategic options, relegated competitive enterprise of having to finance its financial structure, whether leveraged or money owned to ensure the survival and continuity, is the growth of the institution undergoing the process of strategic choice choose the financing structure and strategic options through the actors in the enterprise, integrated and overlapping relationship between the financial structure and strategic options as the financial structure is considered one of the variables affecting the strategic choices of the institution.
