الاليات القانونية لحماية الهواء من التلوث (دارسة في ضوء المواثيق الدولية والتشريع الجزائري)

Résumé: يظهر في الوقت الحالي اهتمام كبير على المستوى المحلي والعالمي بمسألة التلوث الهوائي باعتباره احد المصادر الأساسية للتلوث البيئي، ولقد تعددت الاتفاقيات التي تهدف الى حماية الهواء وهذا ان دل فانه يدل على الأهمية التي توليها الدول لمواجهة جميع اشكال التلوث وحماية الهواء، ولم تكتفي الجزائر بإقرار حماية فعالة للهواء على الصعيد الدولي بل قامت بتنظيم الحماية على الصعيد الداخلي من خلال إقرار القانون 03-10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في اطار التنمية المستدامة وهي حماية تتسم بالتوعية والتحسيس Abstract : At the present time, there is great interest at the local and international level in what concern the issue of air pollution as one of the main sources of environmental pollution, there are many agreements aimed at protecting the air, however, this indicates the importance carried by countries around the world to face all forms of pollution and protecting the air. Algeria has not only effectively stressed on the importance of air protection at the international level, but also regulated the air protection at the domestic level through the adoption of Law 03-10 on the protection of the environment in the context of sustainable development, which is caracterized by awareness and sensitization.
