Résumé: تعتبر مؤسسات التعلیم العالي والبحث العلمي من أهم التنظيمات التي تهتم بتبني إدارة المعرفة، سعيا منها لعصرنة وتحدیث أعمالها وتحقیق التوافق بین مخرجاتها ومتطلبات سوق العمل. وبغية تحقيق ذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على بعض النظم والنماذج العالمية الناجحة في إدارة المعرفة وتطبيقاتها، واعتبارها أرضية لانطلاقة جديدة ونموذجا يحتذى به من طرف مختلف مؤسسات التعليم العالي، ومن هذه النماذج: الشراكة بين الجامعات وقطاع الانتاج، مراكز التميز البحثي، مجتمعات تبادل الخبرات، كراسي البحث والجامعات الافتراضية. The knowledge management is an influential management discipline, the universities and high education institutions were and still the most conserned by this management field. for the purpose of increasing the internal performance and quality of outcomes to meet the job market requerments. in this study we will illustrate the use and the benefits of knwolege management by comparing, evaluating and analazing some foreign cases study worldwide to determine the possibility of benchmarking processes in this particular field.
