القروض الخارجية وإنعكاساتها على التنمية الاقتصادية- دراسة حالة على مصر

Résumé: تواجه التنمية الاقتصادية في الدول النامية العديد من المعوقات لعل من أهمها ضعف الموارد المالية، وإنخفاض صادراتها، وزيادة قروضها الخارجية، لذلك يستهدف الباحث في هذه الدراسة دراسة إنعكاس القروض الخارجية على التنمية الاقتصادية في مصر. ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمد الباحث في منهجيته على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تناول المعلومات والدراسات الخاصة بموضوع البحث، كما سيتم الإستعانة بالمنهج الكمي بإستخدام الأسلوب القياسي لإختبار أثر القروض الخارجية على التنمية الاقتصادية في مصر من خلال نموذج قياسي مناسب خلال الفترة 1980- 2017، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية إيجابية بين القروض الخارجية والتنمية الاقتصادية في مصر. Economic development in developing countries faces many obstacles, perhaps the most important of which are weak financial resources, decline in exports, and increase in foreign loans. Therefore, the researcher goal in this study to study the reflection of foreign loans on economic development in Egypt. To achieve this, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach from While dealing with the information and studies on the subject of the research, the quantitative approach will be used using the standard method to test the impact of external loans on economic development in Egypt through an appropriate standard model during the period 1980-2017. The study concluded that there is a positive direct relationship between external loans and economic development. in Egypt.
