الذكاء العاطفي وعلاقته بالتوافق الزواجي دراسة ميدانية على عيّنة من المتزوجات بالمجتمع الميزابي بولاية غرداية Emotional Intelligence And Its Relationship To Marital Compatibility A Field Study On A Sample Of Married Women In The Mozabite Community In The City Of Ghardaia

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الذكاء العاطفي والتوافق الزواجي، في ظل متغير السن، مدة الزواج، عدد الأبناء، استقلالية السكن. وللتأكّد من صحة الفرضيات تبنينا المنهج الوصفي الاحصائي، كما اعتمدنا على: مقياس الذكاء العاطفي لـ Bar-On و James Parker، ومقياس التوافق الزواجي لــ Graham Spane اللذان طُبقا على عيّنة من المتزوجات الميزابيات بولاية غرداية؛ قوامها (92) متزوجة، وبعد تحليل ومعالجة البيانات إحصائيا توصّلنا إلى النتائج الآتية: وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين درجة الذكاء العاطفي ودرجة التوافق الزواجي لدى أفراد عيّنة الدراسة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في درجة الذكاء العاطفي تبعا لمتغيري السن ومدة الزواج، وكذا عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة التوافق الزواجي تبعاً للمتغيرات: مدة الزواج، عدد الأبناء، استقلالية السكن. Abstract: Our current study aimed to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and marital adjustment according to the variables the age and the duration of marriage, the number of children and the independence of housing. This study was on a sample of married women in the state of Ghardaia, and exactly from the mozabite society.which amounted to married to verify the validity of the hypotheses we adopted the descriptive statistical approach, and we used the emotional intelligence scale of Bor-on and james Parker,and the scale of marital adjustment of Graham spnier. After analyzing and processing the data statistically we reached the following results: the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the degree of emotional intelligence and degree of marital adjustment among , the number of study sample, and the absensce of differences in the degree of emotional intelligence according to the variables the age and the duration of marriage,as well as the absensce of differences in the degree of marital adjustment according to the variables: duration of marriage, number of children and independent of housing.
