Résumé: لقد لقيت النظرية التوليدية التحويلية اهتماما لسانيا كبيرا , لما تميزت به من بساطة في التحليل , وحداثة في الأفكار.إلا أن المتتبع لمراحل تطور الفكر البشري عموما , ومسار الدراسات اللغوية خصوصا , يلاحظ تقاطع الأفكار التشومسكية مع الأفكار الفلسفية , خاصة في مسألة فطرية المعرفة اللغوية وبداهتها. وهذا ما يدل على أن للنظرية التشومسكية جذورا فلسفية , نكشف عنها في هذا المقال.
