حاجة الدرس العقدي إلى إعمال النظر المقاصدي
Résumé: الملخص: لقد أحسّ الشاطبي رحمه الله قديمًا بخطورة تغييب مقاصد فروع الدين فألف " الموافقات في أصول الشريعة " ونحن الآن في أمس الحاجة لإيجاد "موافقات في أصول العقيدة"، فغياب النظر المقاصدي في العقيدة وغياب الاشتغال بالكلي بدل الجزئي في المجال العقدي.. هو الذي جعل مخرجات علم العقيدة على حالها من تفسيق المخالف وتكفيره وتبديعه.. لذلك فعلم العقيدة محتاج إلى " موافقات" لتدبير الاختلاف بين مذاهبه السنية، وبينها وبين باقي الفرق الإسلامية، بهدف الحد من الغلو والتفسيق والتبديع والتكفير المتبادل، وخلق مساحات للتلاقي والتعاون على المشترك المذهبي، ولن يتحقق ذلك إلا من خلال " موافقات في أصول الدين" تقوم على التمييز بين المقاصد الضرورية المجمع عليها وبين المقاصد الحاجية والتحسينية.. التي لا يضر الاختلاف حولها. We are now in desperate needto find accordances in theprincipals of the faith; the absence of obgectivereflectionin the faith, as well as the absence of work on the holenessinstead of the partialof the domain of the faith, this absence has engenderedthe science of doctrine resultsin its same stateof to immoralitatewho disagree with us. For thatreason,the science of faithis in need of "accordances " to manage the disagreementbetween theSunni doctrines and the otherreligioussects in order to put a limit for excess, and consideration of eachother as renegade, heretic and blasphemous, and to create grounds for convergence and cooperation on whatiscommon in doctrine. But thatwouldbe possible onlythrough "accordances in religiousfundamentals " founded on the differentiationbetween the obligatoryobgectivesagreeduponit, and the necessaryobgectives and improvingpurposeswhichisdifference about it
