Résumé: الملخص: إن التشريع الجزائري كسائر التشريعات العالمية قد كرس مبدأ الحرية الفردية وحرمات المساكن والأشخاص وضمان الحريات الأساسية الفردية والجماعية، لقد خص الدستور الجزائري مبادئ خاصة بحرمة وحياة المواطن وحرمة مسكنه فأقر بأن الدولة تضمن عدم انتهاك حرمة المسكن ولا تمسه إلا بمقتضى قانون في إطار احترامه ولا تفتيش إلا بأمر مكتوب صادر عن السلطة القضائية المختصة، وكذلك جسد قانون الإجراءات الجزائية هذه الحماية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحماية الجنائية، الضمانات، الحقوق، التحقيق، حرمة الحياة الخاصة، التفتيش، المسكن. Summary: The Algerian legislation, like all other international legislation, has enshrined the principle of individual freedom, the inviolability of homes and people, and the guarantee of basic individual and collective freedoms.
