العدالة التنظيمية والروح المعنوية لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية مجمع فاكتو حليب Obie- الجزائر العاصمة-

Résumé: العدالة التنظيمية من المواضيع المهمة والتي جلبت اهتمام الباحثين في السوسيولوجية التنظيمية، إذ تعتبر من أهم محددات السلوك التنظيمي، و ذات أبعاد متعددة وان الأفراد يتفاعلون مع هذه العناصر بطريقة متبادلة، من حيث توزيع الموارد، نزاهة الإجراءات المتبعة، وجودة المعاملة العادلة بين الأشخاص. حيث هدفت الدراسة في البحث عن العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها (التوزيعية، الاجرائية، التعاملية) على أبعاد الروح المعنوية لدى عاملين مؤسسة "فاكتو" -الجزائر العاصمة-ومنه اسفرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إحصائيا بين كل من العدالة الإجرائية والتعاملية، في حين نجد عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية إحصائيا للعدالة التوزيعية داخل المؤسسة. Organizational justice is one of the important topics that have attracted the interest of researchers in Organizational sociology, as it is considered one of the most important determinants of Organizational behaviour , and has multiple dimensions and that individuals interact with these elements in a reciprocal manner, in terms of the distribution of resources, the integrity of the procedures followed, and the quality of fair treatment between people, where the study aimed to search for the relationship between organizational justice in its dimensions(distributive, procedural, transactional) on the dimensions of the moral of the workers of the «facto » foundation-algiers- and from it, results resulted in a statistically correlational relationship between procedural and transactional justice, while we find that there is no statistically correlational relationship for distributive justice within the organization
