فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتحسين درجات الصحة النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين في مدينة عجلون

Résumé: ملخّص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتحسين درجات الصحة النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين في مدينة عجلون. وقد اقتصرت الدراسة على عيّنة من (30) أمّاً لديها طفل معاق في مدينة عجلون، واللاتي يجدنّ القراءة والكتابة, وتطوّعن للمشاركة في الدراسة. وتمّ اتباع المنهج التجريبي على أسلوب المجموعة الواحدة, وطُبّق مقياس بعد أن تمّ بناءه من (48) فقرة مُقسّمة إلى أربعة أبعاد. وطُبّق برنامج إرشادي بعد أن تمّ بناءه فيما يتعلّق بالصحة النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين. وأظهرت الدراسة النتائج التالية: -إنَّ درجات الصحة النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين في مدينة عجلون جاءت منخفضة. -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) تُعزى لأثر جنس الطفل في درجات الصحة النفسية ككل قبلي لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين, وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث. -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) تُعزى لأثر نوع الإعاقة في درجات الصحة النفسية ككل قبلي لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين, وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإعاقة السمعية. -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) تُعزى لأثر المؤهل الدراسي للأم في درجات الصحة النفسية ككل قبلي لدى أمهات الأطفال المعاقين, وجاءت الفروق لصالح بكالوريوس فما فوق. -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) بين التطبيقين لأفراد عينة الدراسة على مقياس الصحة النفسية في جميع الأبعاد وفي الدرجة الكلية, وجاءت الفروق لصالح التطبيق البعدي. الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج إرشادي, الصحة النفسية, أمهات الأطفال المعاقين. Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of an orientation program to improve the mental health of mothers of disabled children in Ajloun city. The study was limited to a sample of (30) mothers of children with disabilities in the city of Ajloun, who can read and write, and volunteered to participate in the study. The experimental approach was followed on a one-group approach, and a scale was implemented after it was constructed from (48) bullets divided into four sections. There was an instructional program that was applied after construction that is related to the mental health of those mothers and children. The study showed the following results: -The mental health scores of mothers of disabled children in Ajloun city were low. -There are statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of the child's sex in mental health scores as a whole in the mothers of children with disabilities, and the differences were in favor of females. -There were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the impact of disability in the degree of mental health as a whole tribal type among mothers of children with disabilities, and the differences were in favor of hearing disability. -There were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the impact of the academic qualification of the mother in the degrees of mental health as a whole among other mothers of children with disabilities, and the differences were in favor of BA and above. -There were statistically significant differences (α=0.05) between the two applications for members of the study sample on the mental health measure in all dimensions and in the total score, and the differences were in favor of the post-application.
