جودة التكوين ودورها في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية بمفتشية الأقسام للجمارك –تلمسان-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة لكشف كل من العلاقة ودور جودة التكوين في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي وذلك بمفتشية الأقسام للجمارك بولاية تلمسان، حيث تم تطبيق كل من استبيان جودة التكوين من إعداد الباحث واستبيان الأداء الوظيفي لفاضل فايزة على عينة قوامها 70 موظف جمركي، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين كل من جودة التكوين والأداء الوظيفي، في حين أظهرت أيضا أن كل من جودة التكوين والأداء الوظيفي ذا مستوى مرتفع لدى الجمارك، وأن ذلك راجع إلى الدور الذي تلعبه جودة التكوين في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لدى الجمارك. Abstract: The study aims to reveal both the relationship and the role of training quality in improving job performance in the departments inspectorate of customs in the state of Tlemcen. Where each of the quality of training questionnaire prepared by the researcher and the job performance questionnaire of Fadel Faiza were applied to a sample of 70 customs employees. The researcher used the descriptive method. The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between training quality and job performance. While it also showed that both the quality of training and functionality are at a high level at customs. And that this is due to the role played by the quality of training in improving job performance at customs.
