التحليل الاقتصادي لدالة الإنتاج (كوب – دوغلاس) لمحصول البطاطا بولاية الوادي
Résumé: شهدت الزراعة في ولاية الوادي تقدما معتبرا برغم الطبيعة الصحراوية للمنطقة، حيث مثلت تجربة زراعة البطاطا في تسعينات القرن العشرين طفرة زراعية، لينتقل إنتاج محصول البطاطا لولاية الوادي رأسا، وتحتل الولاية بذلك المراتب الأولى وطنيا. تم التحليل الاقتصادي لمنتوج البطاطا بولاية الوادي من خلال عينة إحصائية من مجموع مزارعي البطاطا بالولاية، عن طريق تحليل دالة الإنتاج، المدخلات المستخدمة، وعلاقتها بكمية الناتج. كما تم دراسة العوائد المزرعية لهكتار محصول البطاطا من خلال قيمة الناتج الكلي، الفائض أو الهامش الكلي وربح النشاط. Agriculture has seen considering progress in El-Oued, despite the nature of the desert area, where the experience of growing potatoes in the nineties of the twentieth century represented an agricultural boom, to move the production of potato crop in El-Oued upside, and thus the state occupies ranks first nationally. The economic analysis of the product of the potatoe through a statistical sample of the total potato farmers in the state, by analyzing the production function, inputs used, and their relationship to the amount of output. We studied farm returns of hectare potato crop by the value of total output, the surplus or the total margin and profit activity.
