قيـــــــــاس أثــــــــــــــــر عمـلـــيات إدارة المعرفـــــــــة على تـــــحقيـــــــق المـــيزة التــنـافسيــــــــــــة دراســــــــة حالـــــــــــة: مؤسســــــــــــة (canapehp)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة بأبعادها (الاكتساب، التوليد، التخزين، التوزيع، وأخيرا التطبيق) على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية (ميزة التكلفة الأقل، ميزة التميز) بإظهار وتحليل واقع عمليات إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسة ومستوى الميزة التنافسية التي تتمتع بها وتحديد علاقة الأثر بينهما. وتوصلت الدراسة الى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية قوية وموجبة بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مؤسسة (Canapehp) لصناعة الأنابيب البلاستيكية بعين وسارة بولاية الجلفة، كما أظهرت وجود أثر معنوي إيجابي جيد بينهما. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالتركيز على الموارد البشرية كأحد أهم عناصر امتلاك الميزة التنافسية من خلال تطوير البرامج الفعالة في التدريب والتحفيز لجميع العاملين في مؤسسة (Canapehp). The aim of this study is to measure the impact of KM processes (acquisition, generation, storage, distribution, and finally the application) on achieving competitive advantage (lower cost advantage, excellence advantage) By showing and analyzing the reality of the knowledge management processes and the level of competitive advantage in the organization and determine the relationship of the effect between them. The study found that there is a strong and positive correlation between the processes of knowledge management and the achievement of competitive advantage in the institution (Canapehp) for the manufacture of plastic pipes, and also it showed a significant positive effect between them. The study recommended to focus on the human resource as one of the most important elements of possessing the competitive advantage by developing the effective programs in the training and the motivation for all employees in Institution of (Canapehp).
