المعالجة الصحفية لظاهرة إختطاف الأطفال في الصحافة الجزائرية المكتوبة دراسة تحليلية لصحيفة الشروق اليومي

Résumé: نظرا للدور الذي تؤديه وسائل الاتصال في التوعية والتأثير في الاتجاهات والسلوكيات ونظرا لأهمية الصحافة ضمن الوسائل الحديثة، فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن مدى اهتمام الصحافة الجزائرية المكتوبة بظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال وكيف تناولت صحيفة "الشروق اليومي" هذه الظاهرة. ويتمثل هدف الدراسة الرئيس في: - معرفة مدى اهتمام الإعلام الجزائري المكتوب بالظواهر الاجتماعية وخاصة ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال، حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا على العينة القصدية، أما المنهج المستخدم في الدراسة فهو منهج المسح الوصفي واعتمدنا على تحليل المحتوى كأداة لدراستنا، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج نذكر منها: - لم تعطي جريدة "الشروق اليومي" اهتمام كبير لظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال وذلك من خلال المساحة التي خصصتها لهذا الموضوع والموقع المخصص له في صفحاتها وكذا الأشكال الصحفية المستخدمة أثناء تناوله. - لم تتناول جريدة "الشروق اليومي" ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال من مختلف جوانبها وركزت بدرجة كبيرة على الجانب الاجتماعي والأمني لأنها اقتصرت على ذكر بعض العوامل وكذا بعض الحلول. - أما فيما يتعلق باتجاه الصحيفة في تناول الظاهرة، فقد غلب الاتجاه السلبي باعتبار الظاهرة سلبية في حد ذاتها. - اعتمدت صحيفة "الشروق اليومي" على المراسل الصحفي كأهم مصدر للحصول على الأخبار المتعلقة بـــ"اختطاف الأطفال". - قيمة الإثارة هي القيمة الخبرية التي اعتمدتها صحيفة "الشروق اليومي" وهذا لكسب جماهير أكثر وبالتالي توزيع أكثر. - مخاطبة المشاعر والأحاسيس من أبرز الإستمالات الإقناعية المستخدمة فالظاهرة تتطلب التوعية ومخاطبة لعواطف وأحاسيس الجماهير. - Due to the rule that tools of communication plays in awareness and influence in attitudes and behaviours and according to the importance of journalism within modern tools of communication. This study was aimed to reveal the extent of Algerian journalism interest in child abduction phenomenon and how did the daily shorouk deal with this phenomenon a number of Sub The main objective of the study was ;- - Find out how the Algerian media are interested about social phenomenon especially the abduction of children ,in our study we relied on the intentional sample and the comprehensive inventory method but the method which used in the study is descriptive survey method and we relied on observation and content analysis as a tool for our study . - The study concluded with several results as follow ; - Al-shorouk daily newspaper did not give much attention to the phenomenon of child abduction through the space allocated to this subject and the site dedicated to it in its pages and the press's forms which used during dealing with the subject . - Al-shorouk daily newspaper did not deal with the phenomenon from various aspects and focused largely on the social and security aspects because it was limited to mentions some factors and some solutions . - As for the trend of the newspaper in dealing with the phenomenon to overcome the negative trend as a negative phenomenon in itself . - Al-shorouk daily newspaper relied on the press reporter as the main source for getting the news about the child abduction . - The excitement's value is the news value adopted by al-shorouk daily newspaper to gain more fans and therefore more distribution . - Addressing and feelings is the most used persuasive uses because this phenomenon needs awareness and addressing emotions and feelings of the fans
