Pathologie Des Ouvrages En Béton Armé (diagnostic, Causes Et Conséquences, Dégradation Des Ouvrages Dans Une Zone Aride)

Résumé: The pathology of construction calls an analysis of the phenomena likely to lead to disorders or degradation in the field of construction. The study of pathology is necessary to prevent damage and maintain the condition of the building or to rehabilitate structures in the event of deterioration. It must be based on a precise diagnosis of the structures. This study began by collecting the maximum informations as possible related to the pathologies of reinforced concrete, identifying their causes and consequences, and giving some recommendations through a clear vision of part of the work carried out. In this work, we selected two buildings in the arid region whose structures were infected with reinforced concrete pathologies. The first was recently built, as it showed severe damage five years after its completion. The second is an old building which has suffered serious damage. We have tried to diagnose the disorders that have happened to them and to determine their causes and consequences.
