أثر الاقتصاد الرقمي على النمو الاقتصادي، دراسة قياسية لحالة الجزائر خلال الفترة(1990-2022)
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل أثر الاقتصاد الرقمي على النمو الاقتصادي من خلال مؤشرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990 الى غاية 2022، تم استخدام نموذج الإنحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL)، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن لاشتراكات الهاتف المحمول ومستخدمي الانترنت تأثير إيجابي في نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي على المدى الطويل. أما في الاجل القصير فقد أثر استخدام الانترنت ايجابا على نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة أيضا أن الانفاق الحكومي والانفتاح التجاري لهما تأثير إيجابي على النمو الاقتصادي في الأجل الطويل والقصير. Abstract: The study aims to analyze the impact of the digital economy on economic growth through Information and Communication Technology (ICT) indicators in Algeria during the period from 1990 to 2022. The Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model was employed. The results showed that mobile subscriptions and internet users have a positive long-term effect on real per capita GDP. In the short term, internet usage positively influenced per capita GDP. Additionally, the study found that government expenditure and trade openness have a positive impact on economic growth in both the short and long term.
