دور الإستثمار السياحي الفندقي في التنمية الإقتصادية بالجزائر
Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الإستثمار السياحي الفندقي بالجزائر و دوره في التنمية الإقتصادية، إذ نهدف من خلال دراستنا لمعرفة واقع هذا النوع من الإستثمار و معرفة آثاره الإقتصادية، و لإبراز ذلك اعتمدنا على تشخيص واقع القطاع السياحي الجزائري وواقع الإستثمار الفندقي ، ومن ثم قمنا بإبراز و تحليل أثره على تنمية بعض المتغيرات الإقتصادية، إعتمادا على الإحصائيات المتوفرة في هذا المجال. و أهم ما توصلنا إليه من نتائج من خلال هذه الدراسة: مساهمة جد ضعيفة في الناتج الداخلي الخام و في امتصاص البطالة، تسجيل ضعف في الإيرادات السياحية ما أثر سلبا على ميزان المدفوعات، تسجيل عدد مشاريع فندقية قليل مقارنة بما هو منتظر في الفترة محل الدراسة. The subject of our study is to know the reality of the hotel tourism investment in Algeria and its impact on the economic development by diagnosing the reality of the Algerian tourism sector and the reality of hotel investment. This study results : A weakness contribution of the gross domestic product and to decrease the unemployment ,a weakness in tourism revenues which affected negatively on the balance of payment , the number of hotel projects is small to what is expected.
