الإستراتيجية الإقتصادية الصينية في الجزائر 1990-2022

Résumé: تهدف دراسة موضوع "الإستراتيجية الاقتصادية الصينية في الجزائر" إلى تحليل وفهم الاستراتيجيات المختلفة التي اتبعتها الصين لتعزيز علاقاتها الاقتصادية مع الجزائر، من خلال التركيز على أهم الآليات التي اعتمدتها في هذه الشراكة، طيلة مسار العلاقات التعاونية بين البلدين منذ نشأتها وحتى الوقت الحالي، مع تسليط الضوء على الأدوار المتزايدة للصين في مختلف المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية. كما تناول هذا الموضوع مدى أهمية الجزائر في إطار الإستراتيجية التوسعية للصين في القارة الإفريقية، من خلال مناقشة التحولات البراغماتية في سياسات الصين بعد مرحلة الإصلاحات الاقتصادية، التي ركزت بشكل كبير على التعاون في المجالات التجارية والطاقوية، مستعرضين مجموعة من الإحصائيات التي تظهر حجم التبادلات والتعاونات بين البلدين في هذه المجالات. كما تبرز الدراسة أهم التحديات الكامنة في هذه العلاقة، بالإضافة إلى دراسة تأثير انعكاسها على التنمية في الجزائر، كما خلصت الدراسة في النهاية لأهم السيناريوهات المحتملة لمستقبل العلاقة بين الصين والجزائر، مع التركيز على المشاريع الكبرى مثل مبادرة "الحزام والطريق" التي أعطت بُعداً جديداً للتعاون الإستراتيجي بين البلدين. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The study on "China's Economic Strategy in Algeria" aims to analyze and understand the various strategies China has adopted to strengthen its economic relations with Algeria. It focuses on the key mechanisms utilized in this partnership throughout the course of cooperative relations between the two countries from their inception to the present day, while highlighting China's increasing roles in various political and economic fields. The study also examines Algeria's significance within the context of China's expansion strategy in Africa by discussing the pragmatic shifts in China's policies after its economic reforms, which have heavily focused on cooperation in trade and energy sectors. The study presents a series of statistics that illustrate the volume of exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in these areas. Furthermore, the study highlights the main challenges inherent in this relationship and examines the impact of this cooperation on Algeria’s development. The study concludes with potential scenarios for the future of the China-Algeria relationship, with particular focus on major projects such as the "Belt and Road Initiative," which has added a new dimension to the strategic cooperation between the two nations.
