قراءة في واقع ومستقبل التحول الطاقوي نحو الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تفسير أسباب التحول الطاقوي في الجزائر ومعرفة واقع ومستقبل هذا التحول، حيث بدأت التغيرات تظهر على مصادر الطاقة التقليدية من حيث نضوبها، اضافة الى تزايد الاستهلاك المحلي للطاقة، فضلا عن تدهور أسعار النفط في السنوات الأخيرة، مما جعل الجزائر تواجه تحديات صعبة للمحافظة على أمنها الطاقوي، الأمر الذي أدى الى الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة. وقد توصلت الدراسة التحليلية الى أن التحول نحو الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر يمثل أقل من 10% مما كان مخططا له، ولا يمكن أن تماثل الطاقة الأحفورية في انخفاض تكاليفها وقوة ما تمنحه من طاقة. This study aims to explain the reasons for the energy transformation in Algeria and to know the reality and the future of this transformation, such as the changes that have started to appear in traditional energy sources in terms of depletion, in addition to the increase in domestic energy consumption, as well as the degradation of oil prices in recent years, which made Algeria face difficult challenges to maintain its energy security, which has forced it to resort to investments in renewable energies. The analytical study concluded that the energy transition to renewable energies is less than 10% of what was planned, and it cannot be compared to fossil energy in its low costs and strength.
