من التدريس بالأهداف إلى التدريس بالكفايات

Résumé: تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحديد كل من طرائق التدريس المتبناة في المدرسة الجزائرية، ومن الإنتقال من التدريس بالأهداف إلى التدريس بالكفاءات، والكشف عن الاصلاحات والتحولات الحاصلة في المنظومة التربوية، كما يهدف هذا البحث إلى وصف هذه المقارابات والاستراتجيات، التي تسعى إلى تسهيل العملية التعليمية، وذلك بعرض خلفياتها النظرية والمبادئ التي قامت عليها، مع رصد أهم الانتقادات ومحاولة إيجاد الحلول. This research paper seeks to define each of the teaching methods adopted in the Algerian school, and from the transition from teaching with goals to teaching with competencies, and to discover the reforms and transformations taking place in the educational system, as this research aims to describe these approaches and strategies, which seek to facilitate the educational process, By showing its theoretical backgrounds and the principles on which it was based, while monitoring the most important criticisms and trying to find solutions.
