دور المدن الذكية بيئيا في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم دراسة وصفية للمدن الذكية بيئيا، ومساهمتها في الحفاظ على الموارد الطبيعية للأجيال القادمة، من خلال استغلال تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتشييد البنى التحتية الذكية التي تساهم في تخفيض الإنبعاثات، وتحسين جودة الهواء، والقضاء على النفايات الصلبة وكذا المحافظة على الموارد النادرة مثل المياه. لقد اعتمدت عدة دول في العالم تطبيق الذكاء البيئي في مدن نموذجية بتطبيق الطاقة الذكية، الإدارة الذكية للمياه والإدارة الذكية للنفايات، واستطاعت هذه المدن أن تحقق نتائج من حيث التقليل في استهلاك الطاقة، والاعتماد بشكل متزايد على مصادر الطاقة المتجددة، وإعادة تدوير للنفايات بنسب متفاوتة، بالإضافة إلى استغلال المياه بشكل عقلاني، وكل هذا يصب في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. Summary : The objective of this study is to provide a descriptive study of environmentally smart cities and their contribution to the conservation of natural resources for future generations through the exploitation of information technology and the construction of smart infrastructure that contributes to reducing emissions, improving air quality, eliminating solid wastes and preserving scarce resources such as water. Several countries in the world have adopted the application of environmental intelligence in model cities by applying smart energy, smart management of water and waste . These cities have achieved results in terms of energy consumption, increasing dependence on renewable energy sources and recycling of waste at varying rates, As well as the rational exploitation of water, all of which contribute to sustainable development.
