Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن فاعلية الاتصال لدى مستشاري التوجيه ودوره في الحد من وقد أجريت الدراسة على ثانوية الدايخ لزهاري بالخنق الأغوط، حيث قدرت عينة البحث ب(59) تلميذ وتلميذة تم إختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية من مجتمع البحث، وتم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بهدف وصف الظاهرة وتحليلها وتفسير بياناتها، كما تم الإستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: لمستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني دور في مواجهة ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي من وجهة نظر تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية. هناك اثر للاتصال الشفهي والكتابي في التوعية من مخاطر التسرب المدرسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني- التسرب المدرسي- المرجلة الثانوية. Abstract: The current study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of communication among guidance counselors and its role in reducing the risk of depression. The study was conducted on DayikhLazhari Secondary School in Al-Khanqa, Laghout, where the research sample was estimated at (59) male and female students who were chosen intentionally from the research community, and the descriptive approach was relied upon in order to describe the phenomenon. Analyzing and interpreting its data, the questionnaire was also used as a tool for collecting data, and the following results were reached: The school and vocational guidance counselor has a role in confronting the phenomenon of school dropout from the point of view of secondary school students. There is an impact of oral and written communication in raising awareness of the dangers of school dropout. Keywords:school and vocational guidance counselor - school dropout - secondary school.
