إبرام عقود عمل الرياضيين

Résumé: إن هذا العقد يخضع إلى القواعد العامة في قانون العمل باعتباره عقد عمل، بالإضافة إلى القواعد المنصوص عليها في القانون المدني والتي تنظم العقود بصفة عامة، وكذلك يخضع هذا العقد لقواعد الاحتراف الصادرة عن الاتحادات في هذا المجال. إن دراستنا هنا تتمحور بالأساس حول جزئية معينة تتمثل في كيفية ابرام هذا العقد والتي سنحاول من خلالها إبراز اهم التقنيات القانونية والتي تجعله يقوم بطريقة احترافية. Résumé : This contract is subject to the general rules in the labor law as it is an employment contract, in addition to the rules stipulated in the civil law that regulate contracts in general, and this contract is also subject to the rules of professionalism issued by unions in this field. Our study here mainly revolves around a specific part of how to conclude this contract, through which we will try to highlight the most important legal techniques that make it perform in a professional manner.
