الابتكار في الوقف السياحي وقف المتاحف أنموذجًا Innovation In Tourism Endowment Endowment Of Museums As A Model

Résumé: تناول هذا البحث فكرة الابتكار في " الوقف السياحي " ؛ واقترح أن يكون " وقف المتاحف " إحدى نطاقاته ، وتطرّق إلى بيان مفهوم " الوقف السياحي " المبتكر ومشروعيته ومقوّماته ، بالإضافة إلى تمويل " وقف المتاحف " وطريقة استثماره ومصارفه . واعتمد على المناهج الآتية : الاستقرائي والاستنباطي والمقارن في معالجة فكرته . وتوصّل إلى أن فكرة " وقف المتاحف " مبتكرة لم يسبق للفقهاء القدامى أن تطرّقوا إليها ، وهي مشروعة . وأوصى بإحيائها عالم الوقف في التطبيق المعاصر . This research dealt with the idea of innovation in the “tourism endowment”; It suggested that the Museums Endowment should be one of its domains, and it touched upon the statement of the innovative concept of the “Tourism Endowment”, and its legitimacy and components. In addition to financing the “Museums Endowment”, its investment method and its outlet. It relied on the following approaches: inductive, deductive and comparative in addressing its idea. The Museums Endowment is an innovation that the ancient jurists had never touched upon, and it is legitimate. It is recommended to be revived by the world of endowments in contemporary application
