التنويع الإقتصادي في الجزائر، الصناعات الإبداعية كبديل إستراتيجي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على النموذج الجديد للنمو الاقتصادي بالجزائر، في ظل التوجه نحو سياسة التنويع الإقتصادي، وما مدى الإعتماد على الصناعات الإبداعية كأحد البدائل الإستراتيجية الحديثة ضمن مشروع التنمية الجديد. وتم التوصل إلى أن سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر ترتكز بداية على تعزيز القطاعات الأساسية كخطوة أولية للتحول نحو عملية توسيع القاعدة الإنتاجية، وأن عملية أقصدة الثقافة كجزء من الصناعات الإبداعية هي أحد البدائل التي يستهدفها النموذج الجديد. This study aims to shed light on the new model of economic growth in Algeria, given the shift towards economic diversification policy and the extent of reliance on creative industries as one of the modern strategic alternatives within the framework of the new development project. The findings indicate that Algeria's economic diversification policy initially focuses on enhancing core sectors as a preliminary step towards expanding the production base. Additionally, the transition towards cultural industries as part of the creative industries, represents one of the alternatives targeted by the new model.
