واقع وأسباب الإصابات الرياضية لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي

Résumé: هدفت دراستنا للتعرف على أسباب الإصابات الرياضية التي تحدث لتلاميذ الطور الثانوي أثناء حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية خاصة في هذه المرحلة العمرية جد الحساسة من جميع الجوانب، ولقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي والاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة للتحقق من نتائج الدراسة. واشتملت العينة على 25 أستاذ يدرس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية في بعض ثانويات ولاية سوق أهراس، ومن خلال النتائج تبين أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع محاور الاستبيان أي أن نقص الهياكل القاعدية وقلة زمن الإحماء وطريقته وهي أهم أسباب الإصابات الرياضية عند تلاميذ الطور الثانوي بالإضافة لدور للأستاذ المهم في تجنب إصابات لدى التلاميذ. : Our study aimed to identify the causes of sports injuries that occur to secondary school students during the physical and sports education class, especially in this age group, which is very sensitive in all aspects, We followed the descriptive approach and we use on a questionnaire as a tool to verify the results of our study. The sample included 25 professors who teach physical education and sports in some high schools in Souk Ahras. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in all axes of the questionnaire, that is, a basal structures and the lack of warm-up time and method, which are the most important causes of sports injuries among secondary school students
