Résumé: The aim of this study is to identify the role of organizational culture dimensions (organizational values dimension, organizational customs dimension, organizational beliefs dimension, organizational expectations dimension) in achieving organizational excellence with its dimensions (leadership dimension, human resources dimension, process quality dimension) in the operational directorate of Algérie Télécom-Wargla Communications. To achieve this, we relied on a questionnaire tool to collect data. Eighty questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of workers, and 60 of them were retrieved and processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. Additionally, a set of statistical tools and methods were used. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1- There is a high level of organizational culture dimensions in Algérie Télécom. 2- There is a high level of organizational excellence dimensions in Algérie Télécom. 3- There is a statistically significant relationship at a significance level of 5% between organizational culture and organizational excellence in Algérie Télécom. 4- There are no statistically significant differences at a significance level of 5% in the average responses of the respondents in the study community regarding organizational excellence in Algérie Télécom-Wargla Communications attributed to personal variables (gender, age, years of experience, educational level, position).
