Résumé: This study aims to identify the impact of job rotation on empowering employees in the Finance Department of the Sonelgaz Foundation - Ouargla. The study population reached (60) employees, and the study was applied to a simple random sample of (40) employees, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used. As a tool for collecting the data contained in the questionnaire forms by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program, the arithmetic averages and standard deviations for each dimension of the two variables, correlation coefficients and regression analysis were relied upon. And accounting at the Sonelgaz Foundation - Ouargla, as well as the presence of an acceptable level of empowerment of workers in the Finance and Accounting Department of the Sonelgaz Foundation - Ouargla, and that there is a direct relationship between the application of job rotation and the empowerment of workers in the Finance and Accounting Department of the Sonelgaz Foundation - Ouargla
