Résumé: تعالج هذه الدراسة أحد بطولات الثورة لتحريرية 1954/1962، وبالتحديد شخصية العقيد أكلي محند ولحاج قائد الولاية الثالثة من مارس 1959 تاريخ استشهاد عميروش إلى جويلية1962 تاريخ استقلال الجزائر، ونهدف من وراء هذه الدراسة إلى إماطة الليثام على هذه الشخصيات الثورية الوطنية والتي أطلق اسمها على جامعة البويرة التي ندرس فيها، كما ننطلق فيها من باب وعينا بضرورة التعريف بهذه الشخصية والبحث في مساره النضالي بمعالجة موضوعية في حدود إمكانياتنا وحتى لا نجعل من هذه الشخصية "أسطورة " للمجد والفخر فقط بل وجب علينا الوقوف على انجازاته الواقعية وتشريح كيانه التاريخي، ليستفاد من مواقفه في الحياة ويكون مثلا على ما تركه من أثر ملموس في الفعل النضالي والثوري بعيدا عن يد المزاجيات والإسقاطات النفسية في تقصي واستقراء الحقائق لتكون فكرة هذه الدراسة ذات بعد تاريخي وأخلاقي وإنساني. ABSTRACT : This study deals with one of the victories of the Algerian Revolution 1954/1962 and exactly the personality of the colonel Mohand Oulhadj the leader of the Third Department from March 1959 date of the martyrdom of Amirouche until Jully 1962 date of the Algerian Independence. We aim through this study to unveil these revolutionary and national personality that gave her name to the University of Bouira where we teach.We are also aware of the importance of introducing this personality and searching for his path objectively within our capabilities so that not to to make this personality a legend juste for glory and pride but to find out his real achievements and dissecting his historical entity to get profit from his positions in his life and he becomes an example on the tangible impact he left on the struggle and revolutionary action far from the moody and psychological projections in the invistigation and extrapolation of facts so that the idea of this study will have a historical,moral and human dimension.
