تقييم الممارسات المحاسبية في المؤسسات البترولية الجزائرية دراسة حالة مؤسسة بارويد الجزائرية لخدمات الآبار (basp) خلال فترة 2018-2013

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الممارسات المحاسبية في المؤسسات البترولية الجزائرية بعد تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي (SCF)، ومن أجل الوصول إلى الأهداف المرجوة من هذه الدراسة تناولنا في الجانب النظري المفاهيم المتعلقة بكل من النظام المحاسبي المالي و الممارسات المحاسبية، وفي الجانب التطبيقي قمنا بإسقاط ما تم عرضه في الجانب النظري من خلال دراسة حالة لمؤسسة بارويد الجزائرية لخدمت الآبار BASP)) في مدينة حاسي مسعود ولاية ورقلة للفترة 2013-2018. وقد توصلنا إلى أن المؤسسة تلتزم بقواعد ونصوص النظام المحاسبي المالي (SCF)،كما أن المؤسسة تطبق النظام المحاسبي المالي في ممارساتها المحاسبية والمتمثلة في الاعتراف القياس والإفصاح. This study aims to learn about the fact of the Accounting Practice in the Algerian Petroleum Companies under the Financial Accounting System (SCF), in the theoretical part; we tackled the concepts concerning the accounting practice and the Financial Accounting System to achieve the aimed targets. In the practical part, we displayed what was tackled in the theoretical part to study the case of the Baroid Algerie de Service aux Puits (BASP) Company in Hassi Messaoud Ouargla، for the period 2013-2018. And we concluded that the company is committed to the rules and contexts of the Financial Accounting System (SCF), in addition to applying the Financial Accounting System in its practices that consists of recognition, measurement and disclosure.
