أثر المعايير البيئية على نمو الإنتاجية المتعددة العوامل المعدلة بيئيا دراسة حالة مجموعة من دول منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية (oecd) للفترة 1995-2020

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الاشتراطات البيئية على النمو الأخضر المعبر عنه بـ نمو الإنتاجية المتعددة العوامل المعدلة بيئيا، لـ 18 دولة من دول مجلس التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية للفترة الممتدة بين 1995 إلى غاية 2020. حيث قامت الدراسة باختبار وتحليل مجموعة من المتغيرات، وذلك باستخدام طريقة وسط المجموعة المدمجة (PMG) عن طريق مجموعة من الاختبارات الإحصائية التي تمكن من تحديد نوع العلاقة بين الاشتراطات البيئية والنمو الأخضر، وخلصت الدراسة أن لتنفيذ المعايير البيئية تأثير كبير على نمو الإنتاجية متعددة العوامل المعدلة بيئيًا. من خلال الحد من الآثار البيئية السلبية، بما يُسهم في تحقيق نمو اقتصادي أكثر كفاءة واستدامة، مما يعود بالنفع على الدول محل الدراسة والشركاء التجاريين. ومع ذلك، يمكن أن تفرض المعايير البيئية أيضًا تكاليف على الشركات وتؤدي إلى انخفاض الإنتاجية على المدى القصير. لذلك، من الضروري الموازنة بين تكاليف وفوائد المعايير البيئية لضمان فعاليتها في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منها. Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of environmental requirements on green growth expressed by the environmentally adjusted multi-factor productivity growth of 18 Council for Economic Cooperation and Development countries for the period from 1995 to 2020. The study tested and analyzed a range of variables, using the compact group medium method (PMG) through a set of statistical tests that enable determination of the type of relationship between environmental requirements and green growth, and concluded that the implementation of environmental standards has a significant impact on the growth of environmentally modified multi-factor productivity. by reducing negative environmental impacts, contributing to more efficient and sustainable economic growth, benefiting the States under consideration and trading partners. However, environmental standards can also impose costs on companies and lead to lower productivity in the short term. It is therefore necessary to balance the costs and benefits of environmental standards to ensure their effectiveness in achieving their objectives.
