Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة اشكالية واقع ضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي بتجسيد مشروع ادراج نظام الجودة في التعليم العالي بالجزائر كضرورة ملحة بغية المساهمة في تطوير الجامعة الجزائرية لتتمكن من حجز درجة لها في سلم تصنيف الجامعات دوليا وعالميا This study deals with the problem of quality assurance in higher education by implementing the quality system project in higher education in Algeria .which is an urgent necessity for the development of the Algerian University and booking her a seat in the hierarchy of the international and global universities classification
