جريمة النصب والإحتيال
Résumé: يعتبر الاحتيال من الجرائم المالية التي تعني الاستيلاء على أموال الغير. وهي جريمة تتحقق عن طريق الاحتيال الذي ذكره المشرع الجزائري في المادة 372 من قانون العقوبات حيث يستخدم المجرم طرقا غير مشروعة من خلال وعود غير حقيقية أو الاعتماد على كما أن استخدام المجرم للجهود الذهنية بخلاف جريمة السرقة وغيرها من الجرائم التي تحتاج إلى جهود بدنية. أهم عناصر الجريمة والتي كانت الركائز المادية والمعنوية، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على عقوبات جريمة الاحتيال وأهم الإجراءات لمكافحتها ودور المؤسسات الإصلاحية والعدلية لوضع حد لهذه الجريمة. Fraud is Considered as One of the Financial crimes that means seizure of others' funds.It is a crime realized through fraud that the algérien legislator mentioned in the article 372 from the penal code where the criminal uses illegal ways through unreal promises or relying on a third person .Also,the crimal's use of mental efforts unlike the stealing crime and the other crimes that needs physical efforts . The most important elements of the crime which were the material and the moral pillars.in addition to highlighting the penalties of fraud as a crime , the most essential measures to fight it and the role of corrective and justice institutions to put an end to this crime.
