أثر التداول النقدي على التضخم من خلال مؤشر سيولة الاقتصاد الجزائري للفترة (2000-2023) –دراسة تحليلية قياسية باستخدام نموذج Ardl

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس مدى تأثير العرض النقدي على معدّل التضخم من خلال مؤشر سيولة الاقتصاد في الجزائر للفترة (2000-2023) باستخدام نموذج ARDL، حيث تمّ بعد استعراض الأدبيات النظرية للعرض النقدي والتضخم، تحليل تطوّرهما في الجزائر، ليتم أخيرا تحديد العلاقة السببية بينهما باستخدام التحليل الكمّي، بالإعتماد على مؤشر سيولة الاقتصاد الذي يمثّل نسبة العرض النقدي إلى الناتج المحلي M2/GDP. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طردية بين مؤشر السيولة ومعدّل التضخم في الأجل الطويل، فزيادة معدل السيولة بوحدة واحدة تؤدي إلى زيادة التضخم بــــأكثر من 2.66 وحدة، بسبب عدم مرونة الجهاز الإنتاجي للاستجابة لزيادة الطلب الكلي، ما يستلزم تبنّي استراتيجية فعالة للنهوض بالقطاعات المنتجة ليتوافق الإنتاج مع النمو المتسارع الضروري للسيولة النقدية. The objective of this study is to analyse and quantify the effect of monetary supply on inflation, using the Algerian liquidity index for the period 2000 to 2023, using the ARDL model. The theoretical literature on monetary presentation and inflation was reviewed, and their evolution Finally, their relationship was determined through quantitative analysis, with the adoption of the economy liquidity index, which represents the ratio of cash to GDP (M2/GDP). The study found Positive relationship between liquidity index and inflation rate in the long-term, increasing the liquidity rate by one unit increases inflation by more than 2.66 units, Due to the inflexibility of the production system to respond to the increase in monetary demand. Therefore, adopt an effective strategy for the promotion of productive sectors in order to align production with the accelerated growth of cash liquidity.
