دور حوكمة الشركات التجارية في إستدامة المؤسسات الناشئة والصغيرة والمتوسطة

Résumé: نهدف من خلال الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهمية حوكمة الشركات التجارية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والدور الذي تلعبه في التأثير على أداء المؤسسات إستنادا إلى مجموعة من المبادىء والأليات وقد توصلنا إلى أن تطبيق حوكمة الشركات التجارية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من شأنه تعزيز أداء المجاليس الإدارية وتفعيل الرقابة الداخلية والخارجية من خلال الإعتماد على مبدأ الإفصاح والشفافية وهو مايؤدي إلى الرفع من كفاءة الأداء لدى المؤسسات وتعزيز قدرتها التنافسية . Through the research paper to highlight the importance of corporate governance in small and medium enterprises and the rol it plays in influencing the performance of enterprises based on a set principles and mechanisms ,we have concluded application of corporate governance in small and medium enterprises will enhance the performance of administrative councils and activate internal and external control, by relying on the principle of disclosure and transparency, which leads to raising the efficiency of the performance of the institutions and enhancing their competitiveness.
