دراسة قياسية لأثر التضخم والبطالة على النفقات العمومية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2021)

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا لقياس أثر كلا من البطالة والتضخم على النفقات العمومية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2021)، باستخدام باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات المتباطئة الموزعةARDL ، بالاعتماد على برنامج EVIEWS.10، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى تقدير نموذجARDL(4, 4, 4) حيث أن 99٪من التغير الحاصل في النفقات العمومية يرجع إلى المتغيرات الاقتصادية الداخلة في النموذج، كما تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة طويلة الاجل بين المتغيرات بحيث تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين النفقات العمومية وكلا من معدلات البطالة والتضخم بحيث كلما زادت النفقات بنسبة 1٪ انخفضت معدلات البطالة ب 1.65٪ والتضخم ب0.23٪ ، كما تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة توازنية قصيرة الأجل بين متغيرات الدراسة بدليل سالبية ومعنوية معامل تصحيح الخطأ. الكلمات المفتاحية: نفقات عمومية، تضخم، بطالة، نموذج(ARDL) Abstract : Our study aims to measure the impact of both unemployment and inflation on public expenditures in Algeria during the period (1990-2021), by using the Autoregressive Distributed lag Model (ARDL), based on the EVIEWS.10 program. As 99% of the change in public expenditures is due to the economic variables included in the model, and a long-term relationship was found between the variables so that an inverse relationship was found between public expenditures and both unemployment and inflation rates. So that whenever expenditures increased by 1%, unemployment rates decreased by 1.65% and inflation by 0.23%. It was also found that there is a short-term equilibrium relationship between the study variables with negative evidence and a significant error correction coefficient.
