المهارات النفسية الإجتماعية وعلاقتها بالتثقيف الصحي لدى عينة من مرضى السرطان بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بورقلة
Résumé: الخلفية: تعد المهارات النفسية الاجتماعية من أهم المتغيرات في علاج الأمراض المزمنة وخاصة في التثقيف الصحي. الهدف: الكشف عن العلاقة بين المهارات النفسية الاجتماعية والتثقيف الصحي لدى مرضى السرطان. المنهج: بلغ عدد المشاركين المختارين بطريقة قصدية 100 مريض مصاب بالسرطان (24 ذكور / 76 إناث ) , تتراوح أعمارهم من 23 إلى 77 بمركز مكافحة السرطان بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة , تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبيان المهارات النفسية الاجتماعية و استبيان التثقيف الصحي المعد من طرف زعطوط رمضان. النتائج: تشير نتائج دراستنا إلى أن مستوى المهارات النفسية الاجتماعية مستوى التثقيف الصحي مرتفع و مرتفع , وارتبطت المهارات النفسية الاجتماعية بالتثقيف الصحي إحصائيا0,68=r خلاصة: تم العثور على مستوى مرتفع من المهارات النفسية الاجتماعية و مستوى مرتفع من التثقيف الصحي لدى مرضى السرطان, وقد ارتبطت المهارات النفسية الاجتماعية بالتثقيف الصحي ارتباط موجب , مما ينبه الأخصائيين النفسانيين و مقدمي الرعاية الصحية إلى أهمية هاذين المتغيرين وعلاقتها ببعض لدى مرضى السرطان. الكلمات المفتاحية: المهارات النفسية الاجتماعية , التثقيف الصحي , مرضى السرطان. Background: Psychosocial skills are one of the most important variables in coping with chronic illness, especially in behavior and health education. Objective: in this study we explore the relationship between psychological and social skills and health education in cancer patients. Method: participants are intentionally selected, 100 patients with cancer (24 males / 76 females), their ages ranged from 23 to 77(49) at the Cancer Control Center at Ouargla Hospital. Results: The level of psychosocial skills and health education are high, and psychosocial skills were statistically correlated with health education (r=0.68 p<0.01). Conclusion: A high level of psychosocial skills and a high level of health education were found in cancer patients, and psychosocial skills were positively correlated with health education, which alerts psychologists and health care providers to the importance of these two variables and their relationship to some in cancer patients.
