Etude De La Composition Chimique Et Évaluation Biologique Des Extraits De La Plante Moringa Oleifera.
Résumé: Moringa oleifera is a tree that grows in the tropics, well known for its medicinal and nutritious activities.Our work was done on the evaluation of chemical composition , antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of Moringa oleifera Mali( powder,leaves,seeds) and that of Algeria (leaves).And also to determine the flavonoids and polyphenols contents of each sample ( comparative study of Mali l and Algeria leaves).The result shows that leaves of MO of Mali has more flavonoids and polyphenols than Algeria so more antioxidant power.
