الزراعة الذكية آلية لتحقيق التنمية الزراعية وإستدامة الأمن الغذائي وفق التوجهات التكنولوجية الحديثة

Résumé: الملخص: يشكل الأمن الغذائي هاجس للكثير من الدول نظر لاعتباره مؤشر على مدى التقدم في التنمية الزراعية والريفية خاصة في تلك الدول التي تعتمد على المورد الوحيد-النفط-في سد العجز في طلبات الاقتصاد الزراعي، ومن هنا المفتاح الأمثل لحل مشكلة التنمية الزراعية والريفية يتحقق من خلال التوجه نحو الزراعة الذكية واستخدام أنظمة وتقنيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في الميدان الزراعي مما يضمن التوسع في حجم الاستثمارات الفلاحية ويحقق استدامة الامن الغذائي في الجزائر ،تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية أهمية الزراعة الذكية كآلية حديثة في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية ومن ثم استدامة الأمن الغذائي، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على مدى مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في القطاع والنتائج التي حققتها في المجال الزراعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الزراعة الذكية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، التنمية الزراعية، الامن الغذائي، الجزائر.
