Résumé: يعتبر التمويل بالمشاركة أو عقود المشاركات من أهم البدائل الشرعية للمعاملات الصرفية التقليدية، فالمشاركة تتناسب مع المشروعات ذات الآجال الطويلة والإقراض بدون شرط، بهدف تحقيق التنمية اقتصادية بمبادئ الإسلامية ونظرا لأن المخاطر التي تواجه أساليب التمويل في المصارف الإسلامية مرتفعة، لذي انعكس ذلك سلبا على أسلوب التمويل بالمشاركة في تمويل الاستثمارات باستثناء التمويل بالمرابحة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التمويل، المشاركة، الاستثمار، مصاريف الإسلامية، التنمية. Summary : Participation financing or participatory contracts is considered one of the most important legal alternatives to traditional banking transactions. Musharaka is appropriate for projects with long terms and lending without conditions, with the aim of achieving economic development according to Islamic principles and given that the risks facing financing methods in Islamic banks are high, which has negatively affected the method of financing by participating in financing investments, except for financing through murabahah.
