تأثير المواطنة في نبذ خطاب الكراهية في وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي بالجزائر:دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة قسم العلوم السياسية جامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف2

Résumé: إن استتباب أمر المواطنة مرتبط بإحراز نجاح حقيقي في التربية عليها، و ترسيخ قيمها في النفوس كثقافة عميقة، ولعل مؤسسات الدولة الأقدر على أداء هذا الدور بإعتبارها أحد الفواعل الرئيسية في عملية الضبط الإجتماعي، فبناء نظام المواطنة عملية مشتركة للدولة والمجتمع على السواء. من ضمن الدول التي أخذت بهذا التوجه في السنوات الأخيرة ( الجزائر بعد 2019)،فالحراك أظهر على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي نقاشا حيويا حول تنامي خطاب الكراهية خصوصا بين فئة الشباب الجامعي(الذي ركزت دراستنا الميدانية هذه على عينة منه)، من خلال إعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإستناد الى أداة الإستبيان كمحاولة لفهم طبيعة خطاب الكراهية في وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي، وهل يمكن إعتباره مجرد خطاب إفتراضي لا يمت صلة بالواقع،أم أنه يعكس طبيعة المجتمع العصبوية والتقليدية. Abstract: Establishing citizenship depends on achieving real success in upbringing in it and in consolidating its values in the individual as a deep culture, perhaps the state institutions are the most reliable party to perform this role as one of the main actors in the process of social control. And since building the citizenship system is the outcome of a joint process between the state and society alike . Among the countries that have taken this approach in recent years, we find the experience of Algeria after 2019, the movement reflected on social media a lively discussion about the growth of hate speech, especially among university youth (of which our field study focused on a sample). By relying on the descriptive-analytical approach and relying on the questionnaire technique in an attempt to understand the nature of hate speech spread through social media. Can it be considered just a hypothetical discourse that has nothing to do with reality, or does it reflect the neurotic and traditional nature of society.
